Breakfree Travel
#HYAD: DUBLIN, IRELAND
Dublin is everything you've heard, and much more. Its culture and greenery may draw you in, but it's food, landscapes, hospitality, and mobility make you never want to leave.

BREAKFAST/BRUNCH
Although there are tons of options throughout the city to get your standard Irish Breakfast, ELEPHANT & CASTLE (18-19 TEMPLE BAR, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND) offers much more! Elephant & Castle has a quaint, inviting environment and fun menu, with excellent food. Not to mention, its location is right down the road from the infamous Temple Bar.
*Also, FYI: it's perfectly acceptable and often encouraged to enjoy a beer with every meal.

Feel free to stop in there and grab an early drink if you'd like, but we're bound to return to this area later. Lucky for us, Dublin has incredible walkability. Now, we'll be fully committed to being a tourist as we head to the GUINNESS FACTORY (ST JAMES'S GATE, USHERS, DUBLIN 8, IRELAND) for a tour. Hear us out, even if you don't enjoy Guinness, this is still a must for one reason: the Gravity Bar, where you get to enjoy your complimentary pint, provides probably the best view of the entire city. If you're a Jameson fanatic, we recommend you make some time to visit that factory as well, but for only 24 hours, and having to choose one or the other, Guinness wins every time for us.

LUNCH
After our tour, we'll head over to THE BRAZEN HEAD (20 LOWER BRIDGE STREET, MERCHANTS QUAY, DUBLIN 8, DO8 WC64, IRELAND) for lunch. The Brazen Head is known as the oldest pub in Ireland, since 1198. In addition to its incredible history, The Brazen Head flawlessly serves up all the Irish classics like bangers and mash, Irish stew, fish and chips, and much more.

PATRICK'S CLOSE, WOOD QUAY, DUBLIN 8, DZO8 H6X3, IRELAND), and the DUBLIN CASTLE(DAME STREET, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND). Feel free to step inside the church and/or the cathedral, or just enjoy the grounds from the exterior.

DINNER
For dinner, we'll head over to THE WINDING STAIR(40 LOWER ORMOND QUAY, NORTH CITY, DUBLIN 1, DO1 R9Y5, IRELAND). The Winding Stair, which is part book shop, is the definition of Dublin charm. It provides an impressive menu with a beautiful view of the Ha'Penny Bridge.

Save room for dessert! We'll head over the Ha'Penny Bridge after dinner and spend some time wandering in and out of pubs in the Temple Bar district, enjoying all of the live music and atmospheres. Some of our favorites include: MERCHANT'S ARCH(WELLINGTON QUAY, TEMPLE BAR, DUBLIN 2, DO2 EY65, IRELAND), THE PALACE BAR(21 FLEET STREET, TEMPLE BAR, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND), THE STAG'S HEAD(1 DAME CT, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND), and of course, THE TEMPLE BAR(47-48 TEMPLE BAR, DUBLIN 2, IRELAND).

We'll head over to THE MINT BAR(2 COLLEGE GREEN, DUBLIN, IRELAND), a classy basement bar in the Westin, before it closes for some dessert and one of their exquisite cocktails. Lastly, DOYLE'S(9 COLLEGE STREET, DUBLIN 2, DO2 WN62, IRELAND), our favorite pub in Dublin, will be where our night concludes. Why do we love it so much? We never fail to meet friendly locals; combined with its extreme affordability and fun environment, Doyle's just provides something different..and we dig it.
